RETURNS POLICY
Your enjoyment of our mattress is important to us. We make every effort to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects. Please notify us of any products delivered to you that are incorrect, in a damaged or a defective condition within 14 days of delivery.
If you purchased your Eden mattress from www.edensleep.co.za, you qualify for our 100 Night Risk Free Trial. Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return your mattress to us within 100 days from date of delivery.
Once a return policy has been used all future purchases from that household will not qualify for the 100-night risk free trial. All purchases before the date of return will still qualify for the 100-night risk free trial.
To request a return please e-mail us at info@edensleep.co.za, with a photograph of your mattress and a photograph of your mattress label together with your order number, your name, and a valid contact telephone number and we will contact you to arrange collection.
We ask that you retain the inner plastic bag for the 100 days to protect the mattress should you wish to return it.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange collection of the product within South Africa. Please note that collection of returned products may attract a delivery fee.
Your refund will be made 10 days after inspection, once the product is found to be completely undamaged, subject, of course, to the usual associated wear and tear from normal use.
