Yes, but we call them brand Product Experience Centres at our manufacturing facility in Johannesburg, by appointment only. We will be rolling out more Product Experience Centres nationally however our 100 Night Trial allows you to test your mattress in the comfort of your own home.
Setting up your product is simple! Simply scan the QR Code on your Product Packaging and it will take you to our site wee you can follow the instructions with supporting videos.
The Eden Mattress will work with almost any mattress base or frame. You can even place your Eden mattress on the floor. However, we recommend whatever base or frame you use, the spaces between supports must not be more than 5 centimetres apart to avoid unnecessary mattress wear and tear. If you have any questions regarding your base, please contact us and we will be happy to assist with any questions.
Your Eden Mattress is ready as soon as it comes out of the box! However, the mattress will require approximately 3 hours after unpackaging to reach its optimum comfort level.

Yes, it is safe to purchase through the www.edensleep.co.za website. Our website is hosted on a dedicated server, not shared, that provides additional security for our data and our customers. The secure infrastructure and process provides peace of mind for our clients.

We have partnered with a national courier company to deliver your Eden Mattress and/or Envirobase to your doorstep. You will be notified as soon as your investment has been dispatched. Thereafter, you will be able to use the unique waybill number we provide to track your delivery status.

CARING FOR YOUR EDEN MATTRESS
No, you do not need to rotate or flip your mattress it is designed as a do-not turn-mattress for optimum comfort.
Yes, the Eden mattress comes complete with a zip-and-wash removable cover. The bottom grey cover is not washable. The top white cover should not be a replacement for a mattress protector or fitted sheet and excessive washing may decrease the lifespan of your cover. We recommend that you only wash the top white cover a maximum of once every six months to maximise its lifespan.
Wash the top part of your cover in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or harsh stain removers. We recommend that you hang the cover to dry. Dry cleaning is not recommended.
