Where are the Eden products made?
All Eden Products are proudly South African, in keeping with our promise to maximise local content, thereby contributing to the local economy.
Do you have any showrooms where I can try out the mattress?
Yes, at our manufacturing facilities in Johannesburg and Cape Town, by appointment only.
How do I set up my Eden product?
Scan the QR Code on your product packaging, and it will take you to our ‘How To’ videos.
Do I need a traditional bed frame for my mattress?
The Eden Mattress will work with almost any mattress base or frame. You can even place your Eden mattress on the floor. However, we recommend that whatever base or frame you use, the spaces between supports must not be more than 5 centimetres apart to avoid unnecessary mattress wear and tear.
How long should I wait before I use my Eden Mattress?
Your Eden Mattress is ready as soon as it comes out of the box! However, the mattress will require approximately 3 hours after unpackaging to reach its optimum comfort level.

Is it safe to buy online?
Yes, it is safe to purchase through the www.edensleep.co.za website. Our website is hosted on a dedicated server, not shared, which provides additional security for our data and our customers.
Do you offer a credit option?
Yes, we offer credit through PayFast, and PayFlex. To find out more, please register for an account via their online portal and follow the steps provided.
Where do you ship to?
We deliver anywhere in South Africa, 72 hours in major cities, 5 days in outlying areas. Eden mattresses are ordered online and delivered straight to your door - compact, roll-compressed, and ready to set up.
How do we deliver the product?
We have partnered with a national courier company to deliver all our Eden products to your doorstep. You will be notified as soon as your investment has been dispatched. Thereafter, you will be able to use the unique waybill number we provide to track your delivery status.
What does delivery cost?
The delivery of your investment is free to your door.

Use a mattress protector
Always place a waterproof, breathable mattress protector under your fitted sheet. This will prevent sweat, spills, and dust mites from reaching the cover, reducing how often you need to wash it.
Spot clean immediately
For small stains, don’t remove the entire cover. Use a damp cloth with mild soap to gently blot the area. Avoid scrubbing aggressively, which can damage the knitted fabric.
Wash only when necessary
Frequent washing weakens fibres and elasticity. Ideally, wash the top cover once or twice per year, unless there is a spill or stain.
Warm Water, Gentle Cycle.
Use 40-degree water to prevent shrinking or warping. Select the gentle/delicate cycle on your washing machine.
Mild detergent only
Avoid bleach, optical brighteners, or fabric softeners, which can damage fibres and irritate sensitive skin. Choose a neutral liquid detergent.
Air dry flat or hang
Lay the cover flat on a clean surface or hang in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight, which can cause yellowing and weaken elastic edges. Do not tumble dry. Ensure the cover is 100% dry before use.
Long-term care & hygiene
Rotate your mattress every 3 to 6 months to prevent uneven wear on the cover. Use a handheld vacuum with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris without washing. Keep your bedroom well-ventilated to prevent dampness, which can affect both foam and cover. Always unzip the cover fully before removing; forcing it can break the zipper teeth.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns of your Eden mattress, base, or accessories
Your enjoyment of our mattress is important to us. We make every effort to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects. Please notify us of any products delivered to you that are incorrect, damaged, or defective within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email info@edensleep.co.za with a photograph of your mattress or base and your mattress or base label together with your order number, your name, and a valid contact telephone number, and we will contact you to arrange collection.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange the collection of the product within South Africa. Please note that the collection of returned products may attract a delivery fee.
Your refund will be made 10 days after inspection, once the product is found to be completely undamaged, subject, of course, to the usual associated wear and tear from normal use.
