WARRANTY
EDEN MATTRESS
Eden Sleep offers a 20-Year Warranty on mattresses.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is void if the mattress leaves South Africa, is not used for its intended purpose, or if internal components are damaged. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Eden Sleep Innovations will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective mattress or cover.
- Repairs may include alternative materials, colours, or designs.
- Replacement of one component does not automatically include replacement of the entire system.
- Refunds are limited to the net price charged to the retailer and apply only to the defective item.
From two years after purchase, a service charge applies equal to one-tenth of the current recommended retail price per year of use, plus transport costs.
Eden Sleep reserves the right to refuse service if the product is dirty, stained, or unsanitary, or if failure is due to misuse or non-defect-related causes. Identification labels must remain intact.
Covered Defects
- Visible indentation greater than 2cm (not caused by improper base support)
- Structural defects causing splitting or deformation under normal use
- Manufacturing defects in the cover zipper
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear and gradual softening of materials
- Comfort preference changes
- Damage caused by misuse, including burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains
- Non-defective components in multi-part systems
- Products sold by unauthorised retailers
- Items sold as “used”, “reconditioned”, “pre-owned”, or similar
How to Claim

ENVIROBASE & UNIBASE
Eden Sleep offers a 20-Year Warranty on both bases.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is void if the Envirobase or Unibase leaves South Africa or is not used as intended. Proof of purchase is required.
Eden Sleep Innovations will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective Envirobase or cover.
- Repairs may involve alternative materials or finishes.
- Replacement of one component does not include replacement of the full system.
- Refunds are limited to the net price charged to the retailer and apply only to the defective item.
